Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Maruti Agri Foods (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We understand that there may be situations where you may request a refund or return. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for handling such requests in compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
b. Wrong Product Delivered: In the event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you or process a refund, depending on your preference.
c. Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product, please contact us within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Refund Process
a. Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email : support@masterfarmer.in or call us at +91-6353337806 within the applicable time frame of within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery.
b. Assessment: We will review your request and may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs/packaging/proof of usage of the product. In case the product has been partially and/or substantially used, such order shall not be considered eligible for refund.
c. Refund or Replacement: Upon approval of your request, we will process a refund to the original payment method or arrange for a replacement, as applicable, within 5-6 working days as the customer may request upon communication. In case of any exigency, national holidays or festivals, the refund or replacement may be extended by 1-3 days.
4. Exclusions
a. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for products if you change your mind or if the product is not to your personal taste. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
b. Product Past Expiry Date: Refunds or returns are not available for products that have exceeded their expiry date at the time of your complaint. We may request proof of purchase at the time of complaint.
