Termination:
If a force majeure event continues for a continuous period of 15 days, Maruti Agri Foods may at its sole discretion, cancel all pending orders and process the refunds as per refunds policy for pre-paid orders, without any obligations. Such termination shall be followed by an Email Intimation regarding cancellation to the Customer.
